The Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau plans to continue to employ 15 people including Ru Baiwen, and appoint another 68 including Li Shenwen as entrepreneurship mentors. The list of these mentors is currently made public. 

The 15 listed entrepreneurial tutors who are proposed to renew their employment contracts mainly come from company top management positions. These include chairman, general manager, vice general manager, and president assistant. There are also lawyers, directors of social work service center, and people from other walks of life. 

Among the other 68 to be appointed, professors and lecturers from UESTC, Zhongshan Institute, Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic, Guangdong Polytechnic Institute, and other universities and colleges have also joined the mentor group. Furthermore, professionals from Zhongshan characteristic catering enterprises, flower and tree industry associations, and human resources departments have also made the list. 

Apart from providing free consultation, guidance and services for entrepreneurs, the duties of entrepreneurship mentors also include recommending entrepreneurial projects, evaluating business sites, guiding the formulation of entrepreneurial project plans, imparting knowledge, conducting lectures on business startup, and providing follow-up guidance services for the development of enterprises.
