"Now we have applied for more than 30 independent invention patents and over 100 utility model patents, and obtained 11 software copyrights." Entering XG Intelligent, a company located at Qianjin No.2 Road in Tanzhou town, Zhongshan city, one will see these words shown on the electronic display screen. 

Fu Mingtao is a native of Hubei province's Xiangyang city. He has a strong background of the manufacturing industry. In 2015, a group of high-end research and development personnel return to China. He seized the opportunity to recruit them and established XG as its CEO.

Today, XG has 230 employees, including 153 research and development personnel, 4 doctor degree holders, 18 master degree holders, 14 individuals with specialized talents who were approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and 30 senior engineers with intelligent manufacturing expertise.

Fu Mingtao and his team have helped many manufacturing companies build digital factories by "breaking data and information silos to create closed-loop production and circulation". Over the past 4 years, XG has provided more than 100 sets of overall intelligent solutions for enterprises like Oppein and Topstrong.

XG has also partnered up with more than 20 universities such as Wuhan University, Jilin University and Beijing Normal University to develop intelligent manufacturing textbooks, which can help college students more quickly adapt to work after graduation.

This year, XG is expected to generate an output of more than 200 million yuan.

Considering that intelligent manufacturing transformation are in strong demand among enterprises, Fu Mingtao and his team have embraced the goal of entering the mainboard market within the next five years.
