The detergent workshop of Lanju's Fusha Production Base has 4 dish-washing detergent production lines and 5 laundry detergent production lines, of which the production efficiency of both dish-washing and laundry detergent high-speed lines outpace the industry standard, and the overall production capacity can reach more than 20,000 pieces per day.

"The equipment will automatically sort unqualified products out, so the error rate of the whole production line is very low." The head of the company's production department said.

Although affected by the epidemic, the sales volume of Lanju Daily Chemical rose persistently in the first quarter of this year, achieving double-digit growth, and the sales of many kinds of products soared.

Lanju, which has a 38-year history of mosquito control, has now become a leading enterprise in China's family health and insecticide industry. "After the epidemic, we will further increase our investment in automation and in the intelligence of production lines this year," said Xue Hongwei, president of Lanju Daily Chemical.

It is estimated that within 3-5 years, the newly-built automatic liquid washing detergent production line and the upgraded aerosol and mosquito-repellent incense production line will double the annual output value from the existing numbers.
