"Zhongshan E-Park Entrepreneurship Incubation Base Management Measures" were recently announced.

According to the measures, Zhongshan E-Park serves as an innovation and entrepreneurial cooperation platform for youth from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, a public welfare entrepreneurship incubation base, an entrepreneurship incubation demonstration base, and also a demonstrative entrepreneurship college.

The incubation targets include six categories: youth from Hong Kong and Macao; students (and recent graduates within 5 years of graduation) from ordinary colleges and universities, vocational schools, and technical colleges; returned overseas students (within 5 years after receiving diploma); overseas innovative and entrepreneurial talent; veterans, people with employment difficulties and registered unemployed people; and innovative and entrepreneurial projects in line with Zhongshan's  industrial development.

The services provided by the incubation base includes seven aspects. Among them, one-stop services such as business registration, recruitment of talented individuals, venture financing, marketing and legal rights protection will be provided for the young entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macao who set up enterprises in Zhongshan. Additionally, free business venues, basic office conditions, public meeting places, and logistical support services will be provided for all entrepreneurial entities that settle in the base.
