Smart lamp poles equipped with micro 5G hubs can facilitate the layout of 5G infrastructure and increase the coverage of public WIFI across the city. The smart lamp poles can be equipped with cameras. Additionally, sensors can be used to monitor air quality, measure water levels, manage manhole covers on the roads, etc. Commercial functions such as electronic billboards and electric recharge stations can also be utilized through the lamp poles.

"At present, our smart streetlamp project in Xiong'an New Area is in progress." The chairman of Hombo Technology said.
