Leung Hon-kit walked into the clean stable, and carefully checked the condition of his horses, the quality of the feed, and the condition of the stable as usual.
Leung, a Hong Kong young man whose ancestral home is in Xiaolan Town, settled down in Zhongshan after finishing his study overseas 8 years ago. While helping his father manage his family's real estate business, Leung tried to start his own business in equestrian sports and event planning.
"Although the equestrian market in Zhongshan is still in its infancy, this niche sport event is gradually gaining the attention of the public. I hope to expand this market with my peers." Last year, after thorough investigation and market research, Leung invested and set up an equestrian club.
He also takes an active part in public welfare activities to help the disabled while pursuing his own dream.
"Zhongshan has position advantages, attractive policies in such areas as urban environment, urban construction, talent training and entrepreneurial support, and fast and convenient transportation that contributes to its close connection with other cities. All of these factors strengthened my determination to develop my business in Zhongshan," Leung added.
