In 2020, the Zhongshan Leading Manufacturing Enterprise Accelerated Development Implementation Rules were unveiled, with the goal to cultivate one leading key enterprise with operating income of at least 50 billion yuan yuan, two with 20 billion yuan, ten with 10 billion yuan, and 30 with at least 5 billion yuan by 2024.
