East District recently held the contract signing ceremony for the Forwe Urban Digital Operation Center project.

The project is built to introduce professional teams for the production, R&D and services and develop products and technology services for the Alibaba Could and Ding Talk platforms. With the resources of Alibaba's Ding Talk, it will become Zhongshan's urban digital operation center and boost the construction of a digital city.

The project, divided into three phases, covers such areas as education, local instant e-commerce and corporate digital transformation. It aims to remove information barriers among the government, enterprises and the public, and inject new impetus into the regional digital economy.
