Led Technology, an environmental technology company in Zhongshan, launched a new-type smart robot in Zhongshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park on July 13.

The multi-functional robot can overcome five major water-related problems, including precise positioning of underground pipelines, inaccurate three-dimensional surveying and mapping of underground pipelines, fine identification of pipeline defects, pipe network waterlogging prediction mechanism modeling, and real-time data iteration of the pipe network platform, so as to further improve the operation, maintenance and management of urban pipe network.

Over 10 enterprises and institutions, including Shenzhen-based companies Tsing-Yuan, the Shenzhen Association for the Promotion of Ecological Environmental Science and the Shenzhen Research Institute of City University of Hong Kong, signed cooperation agreements with Led Technology on the day.

Last year, Led Technology was established in Zhangjiabian Enterprise Group's sci-tech incubator in Torch Development Zone. "We made a survey tour in the Greater Bay Area and finally decided to locate the project in Zhongshan," said Wang Hongjuan, general manager of Led Technology.
