Clothing makers based in Zhongshan's Shaxi Town recently took park in the GESC International Garment E-commerce Supply Chain Expo 2023 to showcase the achievements made in digital transformation and further enhance the popularity and influence of the Shaxi Clothing brand.
Thirty clothing makers from Shaxi jointly set up a 3,000-square-meter exhibition area, the largest of the GESC expo this year. T-shirts, denim clothing, yoga clothing, fashion womenswear, children's clothing and other clothing products made in Shaxi as well as live-streaming sales were on display, targeting domestic multi-channel network agencies, fashion buyers, domestic and cross-border e-commerce platforms, etc.
Before the expo, a number of Chinese fashion brands had placed orders with Shaxi clothing makers.
As a casual wear production town well known across the country, Shaxi boasts a market volume of more than 50 billion yuan in clothing fields. The town is home to some 11,000 apparel market entities, more than 3,000 textile, fabric, printing and embroidery enterprises, Zhongshan's largest professional garment wholesale market, as well as more than 7,000 physical clothing stores.
