The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on September 12 released the China's Top 500 Private Enterprises for 2023 list and the survey report. The Zhongshan-based Mingyang Group was ranked 190th with an operating revenue exceeding 57 billion yuan. It is the only enterprise from Zhongshan making the list.

This year, the threshold for making the China's top 500 private enterprises list is 27.578 billion yuan (in operating revenue), an increase of 1.211 billion yuan from a year earlier. A total of 28 private enterprises were included in the Fortune Global 500, and 322 manufacturing enterprises were selected.
