The "2024 China Top500 Enterprises" list was released by China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association on September 11. Mingyang Group is the only company based in Zhongshan to make the list, ranking 387th with a revenue of over 62.6 billion yuan.

The threshold for this year's list is 47.381 billion yuan, an increase of 383 million yuan from a year earlier. The Top500 enterprises achieved a total operating revenue of 110.07 trillion yuan, up 1.58% from last year. The average R&D intensity has been increasing for seven consecutive years, with the total R&D investment of these enterprises accounting for 1.90% of their total operating income, the highest since 2002.

Founded in Zhongshan in 1993, Mingyang Group focuses on the development and manufacturing of high-end new energy equipment. Its business covers the development and operation of such clean energies as wind power, marine energy, solar energy, intelligent electricity, space energy and hydrogen energy, equipment manufacturing, and engineering technical services.
