The world's first AI clinic has begun trial operations in Saudi Arabia, providing diagnostic services for common diseases to local residents, Xinhua reported on May 13.

The AI clinic solution provider is Synyi AI South Center, a company located in Zhongshan's East District.

Over the past month, the AI-powered doctor has provided consultation service for nearly 100 patients. After re-check by human doctors, it has achieved a zero misdiagnosis rate. This innovative initiative has garnered widespread attention both at home and abroad.

Currently, the AI-powered doctor can diagnose 30 common respiratory diseases, such as coughs and influenza, covering more than half of the cases seen in primary care. The system will expand its diagnostic scope to include gastrointestinal and dermatological disorders.

Headquartered in Shanghai, Synyi AI established the southern headquarters in Zhongshan in 2024, and since then its business in South China has nearly tripled compared to 2023, with a year-on-year increase of 188%.
