The 24th Guangdong Seed Expo Zhongshan session and the city's autumn agricultural innovations showcase 2025 are currently underway.

At the main venue, the Zhongshan Modern Agri-Tech Promotion Base, seven thematic zones display 160 new crop varieties spanning rice, corn, vegetables, and flowers. Six cutting-edge farming techniques, including high-yield melon cultivation and integrated drip irrigation systems, are also being demonstrated.

Beyond the greenhouses, golden rice paddies stretch across the landscape, showcasing premium varieties like Nanjing Xiangzhan, Huahang Xiang Yinzhen and 19 Xiang, all thriving with robust growth.

Specialty zones also highlight unique offerings such as fruit-type cabbage, edible chrysanthemums, banana germplasm collections, and bougainvillea genetic resources.
