Gangkou Town stood out with a major breakthrough in intellectual property (IP) pledge financing: its trademark and patent pledges hit 10.79 billion yuan, accounting for over 40% of Zhongshan's total. This makes it the first town in the city to exceed 10 billion yuan in trademark-based IP financing.
