The four-way shuttle intelligent high-bay warehouse project tailored for aircraft engines, which is independently developed, produced and delivered by Saifeier, a Zhongshan-based logistics technology company, is set to land in Changi, Singapore. The construction will start in July, with full delivery targeted for September.
Aircraft engines, as aviation's most valuable and structurally complex core components under strict regulatory standards, demand ultra-precise and secure warehousing.
Saifeier pioneers industry breakthroughs by deploying ultra-large 3D four-way shuttle robots in this scenario, mitigating tipping risks for high-center-of-gravity components. Its innovative suction-fastening technology for lifting plates helps enhance safety and precision, while a lifecycle traceability system assigns unique IDs to each engine to secure a stable and reliable aviation supply chain.
Backed by Zhongshan's robust industrial ecosystem, Saifeier has established a modern R&D, production and testing base, with R&D and technical staff accounting for 40% of its workforce, said general manager Lu Jianhua.
Taking the Singapore project as a benchmark, Saifeier will pursue high-end markets in South and East China, accelerate its deployment in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and gradually venture into such high-end sectors as aviation, semiconductors and new energy.
