Zhongshan food export can be traced back to over a century ago. Juxiangyuan Almond Cakes, traveling across the sea to Europe and the United States, is the earliest recorded "Flavor of Zhongshan". Each year, Zhongshan exports nearly 500 million dollars worth of food to five continents.
