The 133rd Canton Fair entered the second day on April 16. In the afternoon, the Forum on Innovation and Development of Consumer Electronics Technology on Canton Fair & the 4th Application Scenario Development Competition for Intelligent Electrical Appliances, organized by the Zhongshan People's Government, were held as scheduled.

With the theme of "Smart Life & Smart Future", the forum focused on the upstream and downstream segments of smart life and related industries. Experts and scholars were invited to discuss the high-quality development of industries related to smart life, so as to promote the integrative development of innovation and manufacturing.

Household appliances are key export commodities of Zhongshan. In 2022, Zhongshan exported 46.76 billion yuan worth of household appliances, accounting for 16.7% of the city's total imports and exports.
