The 29th China (Guzhen) International Lighting Fair (GILF) is scheduled to run from October 22 to 26 in the Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and eight sub-venues in Zhongshan's Guzhen Town. The total exhibition area is estimated to exceed 1.5 million square meters, with more than 3,300 exhibitors.

In addition to the original 6 major exhibition halls, the upcoming GILF will set up another Pavilion G to display startups, local lighting brands in Zhongshan, Shenzhen-based companies, foreign trade companies, and outdoor and camping lighting fixtures. The Shenzhen and Startups zones are new to specially cater to high-tech lighting enterprises based in Shenzhen and startup lighting enterprises in Zhongshan.

By the end of September, a total of 840 enterprises had signed up for the fair, including 79 enterprises above designated size (38 located within Guzhen and 41 outside).

Smart green lighting will be a major highlight of this GILF. Merchants will not only have the opportunity to witness the world's most advanced smart lighting technology and applications, but also engage in direct negotiations and exchanges with smart green lighting solution providers.

During the fair, Guzhen Town will organize a business matching activity for global buyers. Invitations have been sent to over 300 powerful international purchasing missions with strong cooperation willingness in such regions as Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East.

More than 100 online and offline activities will be organized during the GILF to showcase Guzhen Lighting to the world.
