The Kitchen & Bath China 2026, widely regarded as a barometer for industry trends, kicked off at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre on May 26.

This year's exhibition brings together more than 1,000 brands worldwide and is expected to draw 80,000 professional visitors. Over 50 leading sanitary ware companies from Zhongshan are on show.

The day before the opening, a brand empowerment event, titled "Guangdong Goods Go Global: Zhongshan Sanitary Ware Shanghai Bound," was held in Shanghai. The regional brand authorization of the "Good Shower Rooms Are Made in Zhongshan" program was launched, with more than 40 quality sanitary ware manufacturers awarded the title.

Zhongshan-made shower room products currently command a 70% share of China's mid-to-high-end market. Exported worldwide, they have seen an average annual export growth rate of 20%. In 2025, the output value of Zhongshan's shower room cluster, with over 250 finished-goods manufacturers and more than 160 supporting enterprises, exceeded 10 billion yuan.
