The Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province recently released the latest provincial foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases list, with 3 in Zhongshan selected: the Zhongshan Low-altitude Flight Industry Base, the Banfu Optoelectronic Equipment and New Materials Base, and the Huangpu Smart Kitchen Appliance Industry Base.

Zhongshan now has 10 national/provincial foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in total.

The city boasts nearly 8,000 enterprises with import and export records, including more than 300 foreign trade companies with annual trade of 100 million yuan and 8 provincial-level backbone foreign trade enterprises.
