The “stable job subsidy for 2016” has recently been issued, according to Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Up to 443 qualified companies were granted 26mn yuan of subsidy. Wistron Zhongshan Company obtained the most 1.86mn yuan.

Official from Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau indicated that companies who wants to apply for the “stable job subsidy” need to participate unemployment insurance and have no job cut behavior or have a smaller downsize rate than the city's annual unemployment rate. Qualified companies can receive “stable job subsidy”, which is equivalent to 50% of the company’s actual unemployment insurance paid for its employees last year, after passing the examination of application.
