Zhongshan Economic and Information Technology Bureau recently put the “Zhongshan Management Methods on SMEs Public Service Demonstration Platform” into effect, which specifies responsibilities of all managing parties and develops identification system of model platform.

All potential demonstration platforms are required to meet the following requirements: 

-At least two years of operation, with no less than 1 million yuan assets.

-Possessing fixed operational site (no smaller than 200 sqm) and necessary facilities and devices.

-Possessing at least 10 full-time employees, no less than 60% of which have college degree or above and intermediate or above technical title.

-Providing services to at least 60 small and medium size companies per year.

-With complete management system, normative management behaviors, reasonable charges, outstanding performance, high users' satisfaction, and certain influence on regional economic development.

The Methods will be valid for 5 years.
