“If you want to start a business in a startup hub but have no sufficient capital or even suitable office, you can consider to register your company with ‘cluster enterprises registration’ mode and make your company temporarily affiliated to a current enterprise.” Said Huang Minyi, vice section chief of registration department of Zhongshan Industry and Commerce Bureau.

The bureau released “The Zhongshan Cluster Enterprises Registration Guidelines” on May 30, signifying the launching of “cluster enterprises registration” in Zhongshan. At present, startup hubs including Zhongshan Private Sci-Tech Industry Park, Zhongshan E-Park and Zhongshan Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base are qualified for “cluster enterprises registration”.
