JDDengju Store powered by commerce giant JD.com opened on June 6 in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan. Zhao Lijuan, general manager of home furnishing department of JD.com, indicated that it was JD.com’s new attempt of realizing “unbounded retail” concept in lighting industry.

Previously in March of the year, another business giant Tmall also settled its industrial commercial sharing service center in Guzhen.

Just in half a year’s time, two business giants both started layout in Zhongshan in cooperation with local resources, hoping to open e-commerce market in specialized towns.

There are abundant manufacturing resources in terms of lighting, hardware, home appliances and etc in specialized towns of Zhongshan city. These are the motive power driving e-business giants to start layout and to integrate local resources with new retail.
