Zhongshan Administration of Taxation of State Administration of Taxation was inaugurated on July 5. It will undertake the tax collection and management responsibilities of both the original Zhongshan National Taxation Bureau and Zhongshan Local Taxation Bureau.

Last month 36 provincial new taxation bureaus were inaugurated, and municipal national taxation bureau and local taxation bureau in cities across the country were respectively combined on July 5, Xinhua News Agency reports. The inauguration of 535 new municipal administrations of taxation marks the smooth progress of national tax-local tax structural reform.
