Tibet Nyingchi Investment Promotion Conference (Zhongshan) was held on August 1. Representatives of 280 Zhongshan enterprises participated in the event.

A total of 31 projects, with estimated investment of 7.1bn yuan, were signed during the event. Mingyang Wind Power company’s 50-megawatt photovoltaic power generation project, for example, is expected to generate up to 10mn yuan tax revenue and provide nearly 100 jobs for Gongbo’gyamda county of Nyingchi city, Tibet.
