The IPO of Zhongshan Golden Horse Technology Entertainment Co Ltd has been approved, China Securities Regulatory Commission announced through its official website. 

Reportedly, Golden Horse plans to publicly issue 10 million new shares, which account for 25% of its general capital. The company intends to raise about 450 million yuan through the IPO.

Disclosed information shows that Golden Horse’s operating revenue was 495 million yuan, 489 million yuan and 498 million yuan respectively in the past three years.

At present, Golden Horse manufactures game devices for most of the famous amusement parks in Zhongshan, including Liyuan Fairyland of Zimaling Park, Dasin Galaxy Land Theme Park in Guzhen town, and etc.
