Zhongshan Golden Horse made debut on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on December 28, 2018.

The public listings of domestic enterprises had been slowing down after the IPO peak of 2017. However, Zhongshan companies still kept a steady growth pace in the listings.

In 2018, Zhongshan added three new listed companies, according to statistics from the Zhongshan Financial Bureau. Two debuted on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and one on the Hong Kong Exchanges. So far, the number of domestic and overseas listed companies in Zhongshan has risen to 33.

Meanwhile, one company has launched initial public offerings, and an additional two have completed the IPO pre-announcement process.

In recent years, the Zhongshan Financial Bureau has arranged special funds every year to support small and medium-sized enterprises to go public. Remarkable achievements have been made in the development of the multilevel capital market.
