Xiaolan recently introduced a new set of incentive measures to spur companies to grow bigger and stronger, and to promote industrial innovation and development. 

The measures are designed to facilitate the transformation of economic development mode, to advance supply-side structural reform, and to construct modern industrial system. It is notably that Xiaolan township government will arrange 50mn yuan per year for industrial innovation and development.

The specific incentives cover high quality development of manufacturing industry, innovation-driven development, platform construction, market expansion and talent innovation. The single incentive can be ranging from 1mn yuan to 5mn yuan.

Qualified companies, organizations or individuals can apply for other incentives or policy preference in addition to those covered by the new measures.

The incentives for technical reform are increased. A single company can receive up to 1mn yuan for equipment replacement, intelligent manufacturing project construction, automatic production line renovation, common factory building, and etc. The incentives for company listing and headquarter settlement can also reach 1mn yuan at most.

The measures encourage the development of some leading and model high-growth companies. Hundred-million-level industrial companies and above-scale companies with a 50% or higher growth in taxable sales revenue will be rewarded 500,000 yuan and 250,000 yuan respectively; those with an 100% or higher growth will be rewarded 1mn yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively.

Xiaolan Town also support hundred-million-level industrial companies to establish academician workstation, introduce innovative teams, and carry out project R&D or technical reform in terms of industrial transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment. The incentive can be up to 5mn yuan.
