As many companies resume work after the Spring Festival, labor shortages have, once again, become one of the most urgent problems for businesses. Presently, Banfu-based enterprises have a demand for at least 3,000 workers.

In response, 52 local companies, including the renowned Yida Apparel and Crystal Group, plan to conduct a job fair on Sunday, February 17 at Banfu Cultural Square. A total of 3,036 job postings in such fields as design, sales, accounting, foreign trade, management, engineering, and warehousing will be offered to job seekers.
