The annual "Spring Action" recruiting is underway in Zhongshan. The purpose of "Spring Action" is to help solve the post-holiday labor shortage problem that occurs every year at this time. Currently, there are 8 recruitment and consultation service venues that are up and running, according to the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. These venues have been operating across the city since February 14. They will be available to job-seekers until February 23.

These service venues are located in Torch Development Zone, Shiqi District, West District, South District, Xiaolan, Nanlang, Tanzhou, and Huangpu Town. They will provide employment and policy advisory services to migrant workers within the next 10 days.

What lies ahead is for the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to organize over 50 jobs fairs city-wide. These will include the 2019 "Warmth in Guangdong" Province-City Job Fair for migrant workers, the 2019 "Win-Win" Public Welfare Job Fair for college graduates, and the 2019 "Intelligence in Zhongshan" Top Talent Fair.
