The 2019 China International Fashion Fair (Spring Edition) was held on March 12 to 14 in National Exhibition and Convention Center Shanghai. 16 garment companies from Dachong, Zhongshan participated in the event to demonstrate the whole process of OEM, ODM, garment wash, and other procedures.

During the event, China National Garment Association and Dachong township government signed a cooperation framework agreement. Both sides will jointly build a "China Denim Dress Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Base".

"It is the fourth consecutive year we organize companies to join the event. Their enthusiasm of participation is rapidly growing," said Xiao Zhihao, vice president of Zhongshan Federation of Industry and Commerce and director of Zhongshan Dachong Chamber of Commerce.

After years' development, Dachong has developed a complete and responding supply chain of denim clothing industry. The town is capable of producing 300 million pieces of denim dresses per year, with an 100% sewage treatment rate.

Dachong township government was also rewarded "CHIC Advancement Award" during the event.
