The promotion meeting for China Green Kitchen, Bath-room, Appliances and Home Expo was held on May 12. It's well known that China's Shower Room Industrial Manufacturing Base in Zhongshan has been home to more than 130 above-scale shower room enterprises, less than 30 a dozen of years ago. These companies produce a total output of 10 billion yuan per year, which was less than 1 billion yuan previously and represented an average annual growth of more than 20%.

In 2008, the China National Hardware Association (CNHA) awarded the plaque "China's Shower Room Industrial Base" to Zhongshan. During the same year, Zhongshan People's Government approved the Government of Fusha Town as the "China's Shower Room Manufacturing Base.”

In recent years, the base has become home to enterprises from Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, such as Fusa, Forlan, and Obetter. This important base is even home to European and American enterprises, such as Domustar. Presently, Zhongshan has captured a 70% share of the Chinese medium and high-end shower room market.
