According to the employment policy actively implemented by the central, provincial and municipal governments and requirements to increase assistance to the needy, employers who recruit difficult-to-find-job people can enjoy relevant employment subsidies.

It is said that employers who recruit those who fall within the "difficult-to-find-job people" and sign a labor contract for more than 1 year and pay social insurance premium according to relevant regulations, they can thus benefit from "social insurance subsidy",  "job subsidy" and relevant allowances.

The staff representative from the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said that employers could apply for such subsidies once every quarter or half a year.
