Xiaolan CBD was unveiled on August 18 at the "WE LOVE Xiaolan" Red Heart A Cappella Band & Hong Kong, Macao Young Singers Music Night event.

Xiaolan CBD is positioned as the integrated display zone of modern service and financial industry. It aims to accelerate the improvement and transformation of the local industrial layout.

Presently, China Life, China Taiping, Zhongshan Xiaolan County Bank, GF Securities, China Unicom, Towngas and many other well-positioned companies have settled in the financial center in Xiaolan CBD.

To support the construction of the commercial cluster area, project organizer and the government offer subsidies and preferential policies for the settlement of qualified companies. Enterprises that conform to certain conditions can obtain up to 50 yuan per square meter rent subsidies just for establishing themselves in the Commercial Cluster Area.

At present, Xiaolan has been carrying out its "Core Empowering Project". This innovative project aims to establish a core zone of the scientific and technological financial cluster, the central commercial cluster and the Longshan Smart Valley, which will be the urban center of Xiaolan and the Zhongshan Northwest Group.
