Miss Xiong, a financial personnel in Shenzhen, successfully handled the deed tax and stamp duty for land transactions remotely through the "non-contact" V-Tax system on February 24.

It took around 40 minutes for the tax bureau of Torch Development Zone to complete all of the declarations for Zhongshan Haiya Technology Co Ltd, so that the enterprise only needs to settle the taxes to complete all tax payment procedures.

It is reported that the V-Tax syetem is also know as "V-Tax Remote Visualization Work Platform", on which tax personnel and taxpayers can interact with each other when handling the remote and visual approval procedures. With this platform, taxpayers can settle taxes "without going to the tax bureau" and completely "without contact".

At present, the system is undergoing a pilot test in Zhongshan's Torch Development Zone, Xiaolan Town and Huangpu Town.
