On March 5, Zhongshan People's Government and the Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank (CCB Guangdong) signed the "Cooperation Agreement on Supporting and Serving Zhongshan to Fully Implement the Construction Planning of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area". In the next five years, CCB Guangdong will grant Zhongshan an intentionality credit of no less than 300 billion yuan, fully supporting the city to revive its future economy prosperity.

According to the agreement, based on actual needs of Zhongshan's economic construction, CCB will apply multi-level and multi-faceted characteristic financial service products, to further increase the city's financial policy services. CCB will also support Zhongshan in building into an important place bearing the scientific and technological industry innovation of the Greater Bay Area, stand by Zhongshan's construction of intelligent medical care and intelligent government affairs, back up Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao youth who come to Zhongshan to innovate and start businesses, and help with introducing high-end talent.

At present, CCB Guangdong has launched its "Spring Light Operation" and introduced 14 measures to alleviate the difficulties of enterprises. Currently, it has granted 6.5 billion yuan of credit to 69 enterprises in Zhongshan.
