Specifically, units will strive to start construction of Qijiang New Town's "OCT Harbour" project before June 6. Units should strive to start construction of "Zhongshan Rural Commercial Bank Headquarters Building" project in Shiqi Headquarters Economic Zone of Qijiang New Town by September 30. Units will strive to start construction of "Zhongshan Fuli Center" project in Shiqi Headquarters Economic Zone of Qijiang New Town by March 31.

In addition, projects for provincial-level primary schools, kindergartens, high-end health and medical service centers and police stations in Shiqi Headquarters Economic Zone of Qijiang New Town must be capped by the end of June this year. Gymnasiums, sports venues, and the Investment Promotion Public Service Center must be capped before the end of December this year. Units will strive to start construction of Donghua Road's cross-river bridge (Fuxing Bridge) in August. Units will strive to start construction of cross-river tunnel in October this year. Units will strive to complete construction of Dasha South Road Pipeline and Fukang North Road Pipeline by the end of June next year.
