On the morning of March 23, the Information Office of Zhongshan People's Government held the 47th press conference on epidemic prevention and control as well as the 2020 Zhongshan Trade and Investment Fair & Top Talent Networking Fair.

It is reported that activities of this year's Zhongshan Trade and Investment Fair will start on March 28 and continue until the middle of May. Up to now, there have been 46 investment promotion projects signed, with a total investment of over 49 billion yuan.

Affected by the epidemic situation, this year's event will take the form of "cloud signing", with a total investment of more than 26 billion yuan in 35 cloud-signing projects  .

The launching ceremony will be held at 10:00 am on March 28 at Zhongshan Convention Center. With the help of big data, online platforms and other technologies, the project cloud-signing ceremony will be held using a "main venue + enterprise remote video connection" to achieve simultaneous signing in different locations.

The launching ceremony will be broadcast live on the Internet, including people.cn, ifeng.com, Nanfang Plus, zsnews.cn and the Mobile Zhongshan Broadcasting & Television Station.

The series of activities will be carried out at different time intervals and nodes, such as the Top Talent Networking Fair, the Zhongshan Industrial High-quality Development Expert Consultation Meeting and the Independent Innovation Forum. Thus the effectiveness, influence, and social attention of the activities will be further enhanced.
