At present, Zhongshan is carrying out the application of incentive funds by Guangdong Province on supporting COVID-19 protective product (appliances) enterprises to implement technological transformation and expand production. The maximum reward for a single enterprise is 50 million yuan.

After this year's epidemic, Zhongshan helped 43 enterprises to quickly obtain temporary production licenses for masks, protective clothing and etc through the "green channel".

Enterprises that meet the following conditions may apply for the incentive fund for technological transformation: 

- From January 10 to April 20, epidemic prevention and control material production enterprises that have implemented technological transformation, and expanded production in Zhongshan; 

- Enterprises that have rapidly converted into epidemic prevention and control material production through technological transformation; 

- Enterprises that have been incorporated into COVID-19 prevention and control leading groups (headquarters) at all levels; 

- Enterprises whose qualified protection products allocated or collected and stored by governments at all levels have reached 50% of the newly added or converted production capacity.
