On the morning of May 12, the cornerstone laying ceremony for the Shangyang Technology Beauty Industrial Park project was held. This is the first renovation project of Sanxiang Town of 2020.

Shangyang Technology is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design and manufacturing of all kinds of cosmetic brushes and tools. Chen Jingshang, president of the company, said that the renovation project will be carried out in two phases, including the construction of a high-quality modern factory building and two 4-storey buildings. It is expected that the whole project will be completed by the end of 2021.

As the invisible champion of the domestic makeup tools industry, Shangyang Technology realized an output value of 220 million yuan（about 30.9 million USD), with tax payments of more than 20 million yuan (about 2.8 million USD) in 2019. Over the next five years, Shangyang Technology is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion yuan (about 141 million USD) and strive to have an IPO.
