The Zhongshan Financing Event for 2020 Key Projects was held on the morning of May 16. Eighteen financial institutions, including banks, insurance and security organizations, communicated and discussed funding with more than 40 key project work units, including Overseas Chinese Town and Xingguangda Jewelry.

In 2020, Zhongshan will increase the number of key projects from 210 to 242, and the planned annual investment will increase to about 47.1 billion yuan. These key projects are mainly infrastructure, livelihood and industrial projects.

At the event, the Zhongshan Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) signed a contract with Zhongshan Xingguangda Jewelry Co Ltd. According to the contract, ICBC will provide Xingguangda Jewelry with a credit loan of 1.5 billion yuan. Xingguangda Jewelry will build the Zhongshan Cultural Creative Design Center in Tsuihang New District, with a construction area of over 40,000 square meters and a construction period of about 3 years.
