This service voucher can be applied by micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises that are greatly affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. Priority will be given to subsidizing provincial high-growth enterprises, which include enterprises in specialized, refined, peculiar and new fields; 2020 key cultivation enterprises of "small to designated size", "enterprises above designated size" newly established in 2019 (including enterprises surpassing designated size in February 2020), small and medium sized private that belong to industrialization innovation demonstration base enterprises, and enterprises incorporated into the production, operation, and operation monitoring systems of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong province.

Eligible service agencies and enterprises interested in obtaining the service vouchers and enjoying supporting policies can log on to the provincial public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises before the voucher issuing time, complete online registration and upload the relevant enterprise information. After passing the examination, service agencies will obtain a service qualification, while enterprises will qualify to receive the voucher.
