The Zhongshan cosmetics industry has developed rapidly in recent years, with more than 10 enterprises with an annual output value exceeding 100 million yuan.

According to the statistics of the Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation, there are 70 cosmetics manufacturers in Zhongshan, including famous brands such as Perfect, Nox-Bellcow, Hawley & Hazel Chemical, and Mentholatum.

In 2019, Zhongshan's cosmetics industry had a total output value of 11.4 billion yuan and a total tax revenue of 1.4 billion yuan.

A spokesperson for the Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation said that Zhongshan would further support the development of the cosmetics industry with Internet+ supervision technologies.
