The Zhongshan Bureau of Commerce on July 8 released the "one-window" business starting system operation guide for enterprises to report foreign investment information.

The "one-window" system provides applicants with one-stop service for starting enterprises and real-time inquiry of business processing progress.

For newly established and changed foreign-funded enterprises, the "one-window" system will collect relevant enterprise information and foreign investors' supplementary information, including capital contribution, controlling individuals, and information changes of foreign investors as needed.

For established foreign-funded enterprises, the applicant can submit relevant enterprise information, then change and revise the reported information when approved.

The collected supplementary information will be transferred to the data sharing center within 48 hours.

Applicants can log on to "Guangdong Government Affairs Service Website" and enter the "one-window" acceptance system (address: qykb.gdzwfw.gov.cn/qcdzhdj).
