By the end of the second quarter, 65 out of the 120 new key projects have already started construction. The total investment for continuing construction projects reached 18.99 billion yuan, with 60.7% of investment already fulfilled. The total investment for planned production projects reached 1.91 billion yuan, with 64.4% of investment already fulfilled.
