On the morning of August 13, the foundation laying ceremony for Guangdong Licheng Detection Technology Co Ltd's headquarters construction project was held in Torch Development Zone. This is the first ultra-fast land acquisition project in Zhongshan.

With the joint efforts of Zhongshan and Torch Development Zone, Licheng headquarter project only took 145 minutes to go through the whole process from handling of land deed to the issue of construction permit. The process usually takes 182 days,  so it set a new record for an ultra-fast land acquisition project in Zhongshan.

The project covers an area of 14.8 mu (9,867 square meters), with a total investment of about 200 million yuan. It will be built into an innovative one-stop comprehensive service agency headquarter for the health industry providing testing, consulting, governance, research and development, and production services. Once completed, the annual main business income of the area will reach 528 million yuan, and annual tax revenues will reach 40 million yuan.

Licheng Company, whose business covers mostly Southern China and China as a whole, settled in Torch Development Zone in 2016. Its main business income has soared from 18 million yuan to 160 million yuan in four years.
