On the morning of August 23, the cornerstone laying ceremony of the Yinhai industrialization project of Zhongshan Yinhuihu Technology Co Ltd was held in Tsuihang New District. This is the first M0 (new-type industrial land) project in Tsuihang New District that started construction.

The Yinhai project is an environmentally friendly science and technology industrial park integrating R&D and production of professional scientific and technological achievements in such areas as new materials, new energy, energy conservation, environmental protection and others.

The project covers a total area of 11,395.4 square meters, with a 3-floor basement, two 22-story towers and a mezzanine reaching the 3rd floor above the ground. It will become a benchmarking project of green, intelligent, and scientific research as well as office integration on Ma'an Island, Tsuihang New District. With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the project is scheduled to be completed on August 23, 2022.

This year, a total of 19 industrial projects in Tsuihang New District are expected to start construction. In the first half of the year, it successfully attracted a number of innovative enterprises, including Beita Complex, Poly Changda Engineering and PowerChina, with a total investment of more than 100 billion yuan.
