A provincial investigation group led by Xu Shaohua, leading Party group deputy secretary and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, on September 22 made a research trip to Zhongshan to better understand the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries of Zhongshan, as well as the progress of such projects as the provincial modern agricultural industrial parks and rural revitalization in Henglan Town.

The investigation group visited Shaxi Town to research the transformation and upgrading of local garment enterprises. In Henglan Town, after inspecting China Best Home Appliance Co Ltd, Xu Shaohua listened to the report on the town's efforts to promote rural revitalization through the construction of provincial modern agricultural industrial parks.

Xu Shaohua also attended the agreement signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between the Zhongshan Branch of China Construction Bank and the Henglan township government. It is reported that the Zhongshan Branch of China Construction Bank will grant a credit line of at least 25 billion yuan to Henglan Town over the next 3 years, of which 15 billion yuan will be accolated for supporting rural revitalization and 10 billion yuan for the development of industrial and commercial enterprises.
